Some of that must have been Institutional    few mil? so since nearly a half is already institutional and huge buys two nr ago perhaps they are already in the game. Just throwing it out there.(20% is max for most funds legally)
My thought is it cant poss go under .4 so what is the upside. My trr did me good  so i am trimming to get more of this.and a year out who will be in winning circle?   Time will tell. Silver may be. My pillow is a tad lumpy but thats ok too. Two year on that one. lol
