Not at all Georgesewel, I'm not accusing the underwriters of keeping the price of the bought deal down, on the contrary. That was the lowest scenario target price Peasgood had in his report. He also calculated scenarios that implied targets of $8.46, $10.45, and $14.40 which assumed settlements of $375 million, $500 million, and $750 million respectively.
