Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: MOU

RE: MOUFor anyone that has ever been involved in business, anything is understandable as long as it is mutually understood by the parties involved.

I would never suggest investors carve in stone projected targets because that is all they are.

It's the end result brings that should be understood, not the process in getting there.  I think that the contract will be beneficial for all parties involved and that is the way it should be in order to provide the incentives to get things done.

I think that after the end of day, once the warrants expire and PCY gets a couple more million in  the kitty, the share price will take care of itself.

The warrants are priced at 50 cents, and yet the price is holding well at 90 cents and higher, so it shows that even with the cheap warrant overhang, investors see the value at these levels.  GLTA

BTW helgek, where did you hear that the MOU finalization has been delayed?  Are you just speculating?  TIA
