RE: Since the overallotment wont be exercised...I can't help but wonder if WIN chose not to exercise the BD overallotment option because it no longer needed the additional float -- Did one of the litigants settle with an advanced cash payment or some sort of deal that negated the requirement?  Did the option to buy strategic patents or firm with patents of interest evapourate? i.e. Was this missed opportunity??
