Windfall deposit, near Lebel-sur- Quevillon, Quebec City. The Ligneris project is located 100 km notheast of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec city.

I forgot to add that the deal does not limit VIOR's ability to participate in strong results from Duoay. If Duoay turns out to be a blockbuster, VIOR will gain as the shares of Aurvista appreciate.

I think the reasoning for this deal is that Aurvista knows the potential of Duoay is large and wants to ensure that VIOR (ie Duoay) is not taken over by another firm.

Anyone have any other views?
