RE: RE: Meaning of Cancelled Over Allotment...It is very OBVIOUS that he market felt the offering was overpriced. There can be not question of this.  The MARKET  is ALWAYS right.  I am not trying to put this stock down as I am underwater on it. Must face reality.  Most offerings have an explanation of what the money is for, this one I think ,did not.
