RE: Partners and updateYou're correct - with the net smelter royalty that Virginia owns, you are essentially getting all of the additional properties / exploration for free when you buy at these levels.  I thought $6.90 was a great deal the other day and added more to my position.  Virginia is smart to finance using flow through shares at higher than market prices and hopefully they will be able to find additional joint venture partners as they continue to prove up their projects.
