RE: RE: RE: NRNope, no idea on time. This comes as zero surprise and the Company expected legal challenges all along. You've got some late arriving speculators or "traders" selling their positions out of the usual ignorant panic to take their dime profits. If you have followed the history of EFR and know anything about the environmental movement in the US, you knew this was coming. It has the potential to delay the mill for months or even into the years, you need to know that. I suspect the powerz that be have green-lighted EFR, so maybe it will go faster, but all it takes is one corrupt leftist judge (and there are hundreds) to put an initial cobosh on the license (thank you Bill Clinton, Obama, etc). Usually the groups file with a judge they know will rule their way even if the challenge has no merits whatsoever. It then must be appealed and therein lies the potential for lengthy delays.
It's unfortunate as I was like all of you wishing they would just go away. However, if may afford a chance to purchase more stock if you are confident in the outcome.
