PDI & Koreans
I would love to see PDI become the Korean representative in Panama and other South American countries.
That would be a classic smart move typical of Fifers smarts.
I do not know if Fifer is that smart to tie PDI into a Korean construction company; it would be truly a stroke of genius by Fifer.
With Fifer being North & South America based; I am not sure if he has the eye sight to connect and JV PDI and Korean construction.
The Koreans are far bigger then SNC; and probably bigger then Bechtel or Parsons. The Koreans are huge players in global construction; the big Koreans construction companies; design, manufacture, build, operate and finance on a turn key basis, $20 billion dollar nuclear power plants. Korea also supply all the manpower and build 2 times faster then an American company. Not many people in North America comprehend the global magnitude of Korean construction. They are big players.
I hope Fifer understands Korean construction; if Fifer get it; then PDI will be a huge success, far bigger then most people comprehend. Koreans are about manufacturing all the plant, then exporting and constructing the plant. They make big money. SNC, Bechtel Parson and other such companies do not manufacture the plants they build.
The Koreans could use Panama as a base for South America especially building in Brazil.
If the Koreans get involved in joint ventures with PDI; who knows were this is going; PDI could be a huge play. One of the problem with Koreans on sites, is they hardly ever speak good English and even less Spanish; so they would fit well with PDI working throughout South America.
