So Personally I don't have a problem with companies that are in the process of drilling off what could easily become a world class deposit.

Are you aware that the Hollinger-McIntyre-Coniaurum complex is located on a "little splay" off of the Destor Porcupine Break? 

Furthermore Cote Lake does not in any way resemble a classic archean lode gold deposit.  If you want to invest in a company with hectares of worthless moose pasture, TRR's neighbour to the north is for you.
