//Just out of curiosity jane does this settlement contain any assurances that UBS or Look won't go after this guilty accomplice for all the wrong doings and gross neglect the directors are guilty of?
I guess I'm asking if this is the settlement for the get out of jail free card I mentioned we'd all see.

How could I possibly know what the settlement contains?

Even if UBS and Look can't do anything further (which I would guess are likely the terms Mitro's lawyers negotiated for him), shareholders are not bound by that settlement and can always take legal action independently of any settlement between UBS, Look and Mitro.  

It's called a class action suit.

Have you heard the term?

And all the evidence the current board has unearthed could be used against them.

Disappointed or surprised that the new board is doing what they said they would?

Resort to calling it theater if you like, but they are delivering exactly what they promised.

And for them to continue delivering, especially against the two big culprits, AD and McG, and the remaining former directors and officers, they have to remain in office.

So vote.
