In what is looking to be a record year for silver prices EXN is forecast to produce less than they did last year.  I'm starting to loose any faith in this one.  No CRD, lots of water and reduced production.  I agree this one is at best a risky proposition, there has to be a better return just about anywhere amongst the silver producers.
