RE: RE: new streamlined company

RE: RE: new streamlined companyI'm afraid it is back to the drawing board in many respects.  KK was booted because he was useless.  The guy was a facilities manager trying to be a high flying CEO - it didn't work. He continually flip-flopped on strategy, he couldn't control the US operation under Zachary, (who was up to something so I hear, until he got caught out, allegedly).  You could count the number of times Kirkpatrick met with customers on one hand - he had no influence at senior levels at all.  He couldn't see where the real business gems were in this company.  When he did get involved in business deals with customers he screwed them up apparently.  So did he close anything - only his own severance package and outrageous salary.

What this company needs is a CEO with Sales and Marketing experience, a defense background and who can think, act and execute strategically.

The thing that remains yet to be addressed is the Board.  Johnson hired KK, he was also party to the strategy (or lack thereof) and all the changes that were made.  So this debacle speaks volumes about HIS lack of ability and judgement.  To prevent this level of incompetence affecting the recovery plans of whoever they hire, JOHNSON MUST GO TOO.  Come on Board - we hire you to run this company properly; you have not done that.  Clean house of all involved in the near ruination of our company.
