RE: RE: News out (Victor)I am relatively new to this scene and just perusing some of the past NR behind this dissident shareholder situation. It seems Inspiration wants to reverse the PP because it dilutes their ownership percentage and possibly sway voting at the special meeting (now cancelled), because Ursa did not get shareholder "approval". Ursa obviously did financing to fund further exploration and development. Since when was there ever a legal requirement to petition shareholders for approval before proceeding with any financing even if there exists a 10%+ minority owner?
.
Also, if you or anyone else has a handle on what's been happening here, please explain if known the ultimate motive for Inspiration Mining. Do they just want to put in place their own made men on the board? Or are they more interested in packaging up there assets for potential sale instead of allowing current management to proceed with developing it themselves? Or other theories? TIA.
