It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Another run cominggreat post blaser.  Much appreciated.  The logic makes sense & quite unfair on another front - my understanding is they can 'see' what the stop prices are & are not shorting blindly.
Somewhat unrelated - I recall a 60 minutes episode where they interviewed Vegas' best sports gambler - he was better than the bookies in vegas & he did it without cheating in any way.  The guy was a awesome -  never had a losing year.  Anyways, said he'd never put another dime with the investment firms on wall st - guess they lost quite a bit of $'s for him.  He didn't get into it since he was on national tv but did essentially state the Vegas sports gambling scene is a less riskier & a by far a more honest playground then wall st.  Mind you, he was an expert at what he did in Vegas but I would presume he took that into account when he analyzed the 'investment' decision.
