You're right Berris.  Purio is runnning it in between cruises.  If Johnson was worth his salt, he would have stepped up to the mark, but this is symptomatic of his lack of leadership.  He endorsed the lame KK strategies and has his handprints all over this - he should do the right thing and resign....fat chance of that while he is pocketing our money!!!

Girard has no relevant experience - was the financial controller before KK bumped him up.  CHI will be up for sale, they have n't done anytrhing lately and lots of resignations and lay offs , so i hear - not substantiated but good sources.  They need to re-architecture the whOLE ecpins THINGS TO KEEP UP WITH THE MARKET.  Lamers KK and Johnson hadn't realized that hence they lost market share.  Neither of them could comprehend what the marjet neeeded and so they sold of the soldier business (now making a fortune for Harris) and didn't invest in Offshore as they should have - and with no sdirection.  The GM replacement is doing the best he can but he has no experienced at the top/strategic level.

Get back the visionaries and support them to turn this company around.  Get the guy who built the Land business from nothing or the navy guy back.  But don';t leave it to Johnson and a roving sea captain!!
