RE: RE: RE: RE: tsx

RE: RE: RE: RE: tsxThanks Berris.  I doubt the Board had the sphericals to get tough with the lamer Kirkpatrick.  Besides, they all had their hands all over the (non) strategy he put forward.  Waht institutional holders must realize is that this executive have neither the business acumen nor the mettle to make the hard decisions. Girard was a finance manager and is now the senior OSI guy in the seat. KK was a facilities manager who was selected by this board to be CEO. He almost ruined the company.

So what does that tell you about Johnson and the rest of the clowns. And then they put a seafarer with no company leadership experience in charge !!!!  The only hope is that Siemens (their new BFF) will pick them up.  The Board congratulate themsleves on "doing the best thing for the company", pocket a load of transaction fees, declare victory and skulk off to leach from some other poor company.  I bet KK got a huge package for running the company into the ground - but what can shareholders do?

When laws change so you can go after your employees (aka Board) for damages, then these clowns won't get a look in - no company would risk engaging them.  KK recruited people to the Board and so they had a debt to him for throwing our money their way. we can only hope that when they look in the mirror they feel a sense of uselessness. How about we all call companies that these guys are involved with and ask if they too are going down the tubes because of the performance of OSI as guided by these guys on the Board?  what an interesting concept.
