RE: RE: RE: OEX Takeover Candidate?Actually if the outfits were merged the NAV could not be doubled. Duh. I don't think TBE would be a suitor for OEX. OEX is a 75/25 NG to oil producer that is why there SP is so depressed. Just $8.5 million of debt but they will most certainly take some on to focus on oil drilling going forward. TBE of itself can organically grow through the bit on there own organic cash flow, balance sheet constrained at year end $82 million of debt and at least 8500 BOE/d by then. Plus reserves should increase. Why mess up a good thing?
