A little confused about this suituation!!!!

I was wondering are we still going a head with the spring drilling program or do we wait up to 2 years becuase of all the tree huggers? I thought we were an oil play strictly not shale too. I got in @ 0.125 about 2 weeks ago so this is a big hit right away. If someone can help me out king of lost what to do.
