RE: Bankster mayhem ...

RE: Bankster mayhem ...Thanks Farshooter!

I , too, checked with my broker this morning.  They pointed me to an application form on the site.  The main points in the form were:

"" Request a Share Certificate

( Your acct details plus the shares you're atlking about section omitted by Sunwood.)

    1.  There is a charge for this service of $50 per certificate to be issued.  There is an additional fee for courier delivery.

   2.  The use this form for requesting certificates, the owner of the issued certificates and the owner of the Scotia iTrade account they're being issued from must be the same,

   3.  Your request is forwarded on to the transfer agent for each security.  You can expect to receive you certificate(s) with 4-6 weeks of your request."
