Beach has been berating digger for using the phrase river of gold (which is justified), but now Beach is using the same type of phrase describing his all of a sudden concerns about the river and lake. Too much! Laughable really, as he knows as well as I, that Cote Lake is more a puddle than anything else, and the river is a creek with surrounding marshy area, which is little more than a few feet deep.

Sound to me like Beach has sold and is trying to pick up anything he can to tout for a lower price re-entry point. You make me laugh Beach!
