You haven't analysed the news very well my friend.1.) they were "exploring" at Dog Bone Ridge and they hit a near surface intercept of the same grade and geologic signature as what they have on Mine Ridge not to mention hitting 138m of anomalous gold on the edge of a second target out there. That is extremely significant.
2.) the systems are only 1300m away from Mine Ridge which confirms that they connect under the sinter cap that forms the ridge between the Mine Ridge deposit and Dog Bone.
3.) the results from Mine Ridge last year resulted in opening the deposit in 4 directions and increasing the potential to upwards of 2 million ounces alone - add in a full phase 1 drill program at Dog Bone Ridge this year and you could be easily looking at a 4 million+ ounce deposit.
Potential world class deposit - it's likely that dips will be bought by stronger hands.
Next up is some more info on Mine Ridge as well as the metallurgy for Mine Ridge. If the metallurgy is the same as the historic work by Echo Bay then the recovery rates are excellent.
They also commissioned an environmental scoping study that paints a clear path to mining the deposit.
The next serious catalyst is the new 43-101 on Mine Ridge in a couple months. If they can carve a notch in the 1M ounce level fund buying will be put a floor on the price.
