Come on!  These earbuds are just that.  This company totally missed the boat by not being ready to sell when their gimmickry timeclock ticked down to zero.

This upcoming sales trial will fall flat like all the rest.  There's no numbers mentioned.  How many outlets, how many units are they making, where'd they plan to market, etc, etc.
This is all typical Nick, right down to the last PP (strike 4).  There's a fly in this soup and Nick is still gonna force feed it to the latest batch of investors.  Comms, Prime, Sculpie and WDR2 have all developed a taste for this soup d'jour.
50 patents and how many are actually making any money?  
Does wearing the Sculptedeers cut down on hearing loss?  There isn't any documented studies stating one way or the other.  To claim it does sets SHH up for legal ramifications later, if doesn't.  But hey, what does Nick have to lose?  He'd have you thinking people are walking around with their earbuds dangling around their feet because they keep falling out of their craniums.
