If you bought in on the offering and wanted to preserve cash than you might sell your shares only at a slight premium seeing how you have a nice hedge with the warrants. Essentially you recoup your initial investment plus 10% to 20% for only a month or two of holding. That's a pretty good return plus you've got a foot in the door at a favourable discount once the numbers start flowing.
