I think most Investors know that Investing as we did changed a couple/few years ago.
One thing I look for now is what I call Yo-Yo Moves. Yo-Yo Moves are usually found in stocks with small amounts of Outstanding Shares, moderate Volume, and enough Ownership by a Fund, or Funds & Institutions that allows a degree of control over the share price to make Yo-Yo'ing the share price possible
[ a Yo-Yo Move is an Up & Down Move, often in the range of about 40% ]

I've had NEWN on WATCH, and yesterday NEWN hit the "UNDER $5.00" I was expecting and hoping to see. To me that's the Bottom, Lower end of the Yo-Yo Move.

Now I expect NEWN to spend no more than Today at a price of $5.00 or under....followed by a Move Up to $7.00 or better in about One Month

Yo-Yo Move aside, if this was 3-4 years ago NEWN would be in the Teens, at least, but those days are over and Playing Yo-Yo Moves is one of the ways left to Invest, an off-shoot of the "Follow the Crooks" way of "Investing"
