Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Chen
What are the odds of the New Prophecy Platinum, with developed nickel and copper resources at Lynn Lak, and likely to be Proven and Probable Reserves, plus recoveries of 95%; doing a merger with Victory Nickel who has a DFS for their Large Minago Nickel project.

Actually Prophecy Resource owns roughly 10% of Victory's shares and Victory owns from 9-10 million Prophecy shares. Victory also hopes that their concentrate can be improved on site without shipment to smelter - I hope it works for them.

To top it off, Victory has a Frac Sand deposit overlaying the nickel that will lower costs considerably. She also has metal credits to further lower costs.

I believe that Jalin Jien (sp) can keep a stated 20% interest in Victory.
