Rusoro Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the operation, acquisition, exploration and development of gold mining and mineral properties. Its subsidiaries include Proyectos Mineros del Sur, PROMINSUR, C.A., Promotora Minera de Guayana, P.M.G., S.A., Corporacion Aurifera de El Callo, C.A., Corporacion Minera Choco 9 C.A., and Corporacion 80.000 C.A.

In the first post ( on this thread) it was mentioned about some doubt for short term funding - I skimmed the July 2010 company presentation ( again) ... I just can't believe I can't remember better than I do ... I only track 10-15 miners - facts just seem to merge from one to another.. but was happy to see approx 25% owned by Gold Fields from SA ...they have deep pockets - but then I am assuming that mgmt is happy to have them as a large block shareholder.

In another thread it was mentioned ( and I pasted a link ) for the insider purchases .... maybe this long shot needs just a bit more of my time & money.
