640 Days

640 DaysI have patience to wait 640 days, do you?

Even so, guys are aloud to be frustrated, doesnt mean you hate the investment.

I think if I was to pick a frustration it is the fact that we havent been rewarded with coming to the dance early, if you bought in to the stock a few months before the issue of shares you were probably paying low 80's to $1.39, since the Nov raise of $190M @ $1.10 the stock has been on a downward trend. A few pops here and there but ultimately trending lower.

Everything about this play is better today than it was in Sept 2010 except the share price LOL... I would of appreciated a little premium by this point in time for taking the risk on the stock prior to the financing approval.

I look at the investment this way.. If you buy land for $1 million its probably only worth $1 million... if you get financing to build a $10 million building, permits, engineer diagrams etc and try and sell the land its still probably only worth $1 million...However if you spend the funds build the structure your asset is now worth alot more even excluding debt.

I look at baja the same way... As soon as they start spending the senior debt (non sub debt) then we should begin to see a steady incline in price until completion, then after the 1st year of proven cash flow I expect our share price to be 8 x's earnings.
