Its a huge resource. the problem is financing. OPTI expected 72K a day production.
We are all getting punished for their over enthusiasm, but they still got a resource.
They are over the break even mark with the price of oil.
Someone with deep pockets could see this as being a pretty good buy now.
Maybe TotalSA, i heard they like to eat horse in France.

Investors are staying away till there is some interest. If there is a whiff of interest, you will see a different story.
