Honestly, the lenders probably spent the most amount of time studying the process, speaking with existing operations that employ it etc... For sure that piece of the whole puzzle was the most scrutinized piece. Banks who lend debt have very little upside, they carry all of the downside risk and their upside is a few percentage points.

Therefore, If they are comfortable lending $823 million then I am comfortable putting my money into the operation.

We should get a running tally of who owns what amount of shares, I think Louis Dreyfus has 10%, Management ??? How about us on this bullboard? Family and Friends included I know of about  1.3 million shares in strong hands that arent moving before 2013.
