There Could be a Bright Future??Hughes and Dwek have run this company into the ground.. Klondike now has a market cap of $5 million with an up and running mill and great silver properties. If Hughes would step aside and let some smart young energetic business man run the company he could make a lot more from increased value of Klondike stock than he can with management fees and salary.. He would also have to have pp's with people interested in the future of the company rather than the likes of Dwek. Maybe they have done us a favor by their actions?? Where else can you get a mill and all these great properties for a measly $5 million??.
Unfortunately they will probably sell, in essence, 2/3 of the company for $5 million . (10 Million shares @ .$50 plus warrants which eventually would be a total of 30 million shares outstanding). there are other ways to raise cash besides above dilution method (not as profitable to Hughes & group but much more favorable to shareholder) JV some of the properties or sell one of the properties outright might be interesting with the rising silver prices??
The potential is there.. We can only hope that they change their approach..
