So I think I answered my own question. So far this has only been announced on facebook? Conveniently right after market close! Are they giving their loyal followers the heads up before a NR tomorrow? Seems like a stand up kinda guy!
30 million is a lot in my little books, that alone must have been very hard to turn down. Never mind the second undisclosed offer. They are partnering up with Lingo Media and now Gene Simmons. It certainly doesn't sound like they want to sell unless it's in the hundreds of millions or you know there abouts!
