There's always a reason to justify reality not being aligned to expectations.
And MAYBE an actor in TH environment wants to keep the share price low.

I'm still puzzled by the 20% dilution announced ealier this year. It did not make any sense
unless the motivation behind was to create an overhang on the share price, imo.
