RE: BUYOUT $ 2.75 IS WHAT I AM HEARING???

RE: BUYOUT $ 2.75 IS WHAT I AM HEARING???A 2.75 price would be astonishing considering the average junior buyout that I've seen of late has been for premiums in the range of 30 to 40 percent over exisiting share price.

The 2.75 figure would be triple the current price.

This is why, in response to an earlier post suggesting a merger or takeover within 80 days, I'm rooting for a much longer time frame, to give this stock a chance to advance at least to the 1.40-range, which several analysts have pegged as a fair value for what has been proven up to date in the way of resources.

While we can speculate about eventual reserves of 5 to 10 million of gold, that's still guessing and hoping. I don't think anyone expects the upcoming official estimate to be anywhere near that considering its limited nature.
(only shallow mineralization).

If someone buys this stock out in the near future, at the 30 to 40 percent market premium, it would be painful for existing shareholders, as in too cheap, sort of like the Prosperity spinoff was for U.S. shareholders, including me.
