my first REIT
my first REITI've spent the last few months researchng various REITS, trying to decide which one to invest in. With so many choices, I found the process rather confusing, but I finally decided on Cominar.
Conservative management, history of rising distributions, and good SP upside.
Took a full position today. Glad to be here.
