Check for the management discussion which should accompany the Q1 data later.  Buried in there should be some hints as to why the production dropped.  My guess is Crew.  They are the only other entity large enough to cause the drop.  HRG's issue was the mill, and it was replaced in Q4, which should bode well for out Q1 numbers.

We need to have the production numbers from the other mines, so do not go jumping to any conclusions, not just yet.
