   THE PRESS RELEASE SAYS THEY HAVE SIGNED "LETTERS OF iNTENT" TO AQUIRE TWO

PRODUCTION FACILITIES WHICH WOULD DOUBLE CAPACITY. 

  I ASSUME THESE WOULD BE

     1. AQUISITION OF "CONFLUENCE ENERGY" USA ANOUNCED ON MARCH 3 ,2011 AND IS EXPECTED TO

   CLOSE BY JUNE 30TH. CONFLUENCE HAS CAPACITY OF 80,000 TONS, EXPANDABLE TO 125,000 TONS

      2. BACK ON APRIL 20TH ,2010  VIRIDIS ANNOUNCE AQUISITION OF "MONTE LAKE FOREST PRODUCTS"

     (A PRIVATE COMPANY) WHICH HAD A MILL WITH LOGGING OPERATIONS NEAR KAMLOOPS,WITH
 
      TIMBER LICENCES,RAIL ACCESS  AND ROOM TO BUILD A NEW PELLET PLANT.

     I CANNOT FIND IN ANY OF THE CO'S PRESS RELEASES THAT THIS DEAL WAS FINALIZED YET
