Hayden deal
Compensation for Hayden will include a fee of US$6,500.00 per month plus applicable taxes.
It seems to be the very same cycle of a continued 'potential' story, to generate cash from private placements, which in effect funnels into monthly salaries for the people related to the private placement work.
I would suspend the Hayden arrangement until after the September 2011 railway show. This show happens once very four years. If Kelso can't generate sales there at that time, it's over.
If sales do occur, the numbers will be posted on Kelso's website. At that point, real investor firms, seeing sales, will sense a new investment opportunity to finance production, and so the hiring of an investor-hunting firm at $US6,500 per month after obtaining real orders makes some sense at that point. But not before.
Until someone posts the sales figures for the period January 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011 I do not see the justification for the Hayden decision.
