RE: RE: RE: Controlling small capscrash, maybe you misunderstood: 'Former major shareholder' for me means, the real longs with tons of shares. Then ew investors ar waiting for the rollback as they will ask private placements after the rollback and maybe even after a drop of the price post-split. They might buy shares now heavily because in this case they can force they rollback with those bunches of shares. After the RB they will screw the old shareholder with dilution.
I don not know anymore (maybe I never knew really) what is going on in the head of Rene and his family. IMO Rene has been gambling always with microcaps trying to make big money (why now, on the other hand). But in case of CDO, he also present problems to his family, which unfortunately has to accept this rollback. But, on the other hand, this family has got enough money , they will be able to go though everything he bungles ;-)
By the way, you post that in your opinion a markletcpa of 6 million (20 million shares at .30) could happen easily. Why? We are at a ridiculous marketcap of 2.6 million..... so why does CDO no go 6 million as well easily? It would be just a current shareprice of .05 to .06 !
I worry, you calculate in a wrong way. But I understand your hopes.....I should have some as well. But I can't as rollbacks are 90% deadly....and, as I said, the result of cluelessness of a management.
