Oromin shareholders are very familiar with the words delay and late. Thus one or more financing in the future is a distinct possibility. Also we have no control over corporate events, geopolitical events, financial events etc. In any case, a buyout could be later than sooner. Any financing, especially anywhere near the current ridiculously undervalued stock price, will mean dilution (the lower the stock price, the higher the dilution) to current shareholders and an ultimate lower stock price per share when the buyout occurs.

Today's low volume & low action stock price is sad testimonial to management's ineptitude in the arena of promoting their story to the investment community. A potentially blockbuster press release today was messed up in the presentation.
