RE: Don't let them get to you!!!LMFAO!!! Thanks Barn! I totally needed that pep talk :-). I am keeping my eye on the prize which I predict is within a 6 month period - nothing to sneeze at. I appreciate being allowed to vent once in awhile. And, to add something less dreary, L2s report TRR is putting up a good fight. Buyers trying to drive it into the 70's, however sellers keep pulling it back to the 3.80's.

Current RTQ is 3.80
