I also have a lot of shares in Natcore. I would think this is more of a case of the existing CFO not

having available a full time commitment,with his other business interests. It would be nice if the

   company would put out a full press release explaining the change in CFO. including the info

on the new CFO.

    I applogize for my bashing comment(there is so much of it that goes on in the stockhouse boards)

   since you are a long shareholder. I also did a lot of reading on this company before I bulit up

my share position in it . and plan to hold a large core position as I think the company has Great

Potential
