RE: china

RE: chinaWow, what a headline.

The incredible part of course is that in the last month or two some people have been writing that it would go the other direction.  That the quotas were too high and the shortage was not that bad.

Then today proof that it is going the other way and they're putting a quota on the entire complex.  WOW

Listen, I said this about 6 months ago, and there was a guffaw among some of you.

I will say it again.  If China cuts off REE and now iron elements, then what does the rest of the world cut off to them? And what is the value of this finite stuff when there is a resource war.

Yeap, I said it again. Resource war.

This is a remarkable headline today, and it speaks well for CRE and the mine that they are going to build.

And also as I have been saying for 6 months, tantalum is the lynchpin here.   China is a net importer of tantalum.  The world is going ipad crazy and the Chinese don't even have enough of this one REE for themselves.

Love it.

Good Lord, if only Joe would read a book for a change or a newspaper article or two, and not just sell stocks willy-nilly, he could actually make some real money instead of trying to lose it on purpose.
