Very strange trades today

Please not that an market order sell from scotia went thru for 16,ooo shares at about 13.51 pm EST and knocked the share price down to .58. Now i have SLX on my radar, and noted that there was a few hundred thousand shares bid betweem .65 and .73 at the time. Immediately after the sale the bid was again at .73.
Very suspicious, and if any of you had a bid in lower than .72 today and did not get filled, phone your broker and complain. If you were the Scotia seller, ,REALLY complain.
