Yeah, I thought those guys were just window dressing.  Their presence meant nothing to me.

On the other hand, I thought the appointment of a new chairman was significant.  Desert Sun got a new chairman, then a year later it was sold.  Consolidated Thompson got a new chairman, then a year later it was sold.  I expect Avion to be acquired within 18 months.
