RE: The common shareholder......Newbie - do some DD and you'll find it is all due fear of the current political situation:

1) Peru suspended mining concessions in other Puno region provinces (Ollachea is in Carabaya about 200 miles north of the impacted provinces)

2) Peru just elected leftist military man Humala yesterday.
