RE: RE: MY GUESSThis is what I was thinking that deloria was reffering to aswell. In a previous post I stated this after my discussion with IR last Wednesday afternoon. The Red Ore IPO is being offered @ 30 cents with an attached warrant @ 50 cents. The brokers were concerned that the original 50 cent IPO would be a tough sell with the current market conditions being fairly soft as we go into the summer doldrums...mind you gold still looks good and the Nevada properties just might host a significant "overlooked" resource. One must remember the two newest acquistion targets have not been subjected to newer exploration technologies. They are certainly in the right region, cheap enough...and worth a throw of the dice. The board of directors, to the best of my knowledge decided to lower the IPO price for Red Ore with the hopes of accelerating the process, attracting more investors and getting the money in the bank asap. I see no reason that this strategy should not have a positive impact on Galahad itself as GAX will hold 60% of Red Ore. Securing a good chunk of change through the IPO....coupled with continued impressive results from Regcourt should generate some excitement on this play. We all know it`s up to those phase II assays now, but one has to think the odds are pretty good when you consider the results from phase I combined with the downhole imaging that discovered the additional targets. Gold is going to go much higher from here after it`s present consolidation period, most astute investors know the plethora of reasons why. A significant high grade discovery in a proven mining juristiction should attract a whole new breed of investor...just look at a few others in this area that have gone from pennies to multiple dollars in short order on great finds. I wasn`t around before the reverse split and renaming of the company, but I can see how some shareholders would be bitter...we`ve all been on the losing end at one time or another...this one looks interesting here. Sooner or later our 13 cent seller will be exhausted, we look to be forming a nice base here ahead of the assay release. GLTA...SS
