What is going on with Management

What is going on with Management    The market does not like what is going on with the IPO, warrants and dilution. As this company does not have institutional investors, management is using Regcourt and Red Ore to PRINT money without regard to shareholder value. If responsible shareholders want this stock to go, they must hold mangement responsible and force them to spin off Red Ore to shareholders, buyback shares and spend less on smoke and mirrors. The holdings are valuable but management has NO idea in how to develope them. Both a responsible JV and a spinoff  will  increase shareholder value and SP will go up. If not this company has no hope, short of a miracle. To build a mine takes 5 to 7 years with a prefeas, feas, permitting etc. They have used up their time and have produced NOTHING: They don't even know what they have yet, and act as if they have gold. Large shareholders must hold management accountable and not just pump the stock. Red Ore not being spun off is a mistake! The IPO is another one. So what do you expect except depreciation of SP.
