RE: RE: Follow Up For MaroonThroughmud,
I couldn't agree with you anymore regarding RS, and that is why I believe you will more than likely see much more dilution than ever if these guys get hold of UMJ; not to mention all the options and perks for the very select few. If you have the time, read over Randy Millers Golden Parachute Package from ISM, that he somehow convinced the board to agree on. It will absolutely turn your stomach. It's well worth the read and it may give you some insight on where all this might be heading. My guess is, if they are successful at their run a UMJ, they will then try and work Mark Trevesiol into the package of running the company. He didn't last long at LBE, then went over and took over Crowflight, only to be shown the door rather quickly there as well. When Trevisiol was at the helm of Crowflight, I believe they had around 400,000 shares. It has since ballooned upward and is now over 1.5 Billion. That is not a typo!
Randy Miller states the management of UMJ is doing a poor job at building shareholder value. Considering ISM has dropped from a high of over 7.60 to its present day .24 cents, his comments are a joke and should not be taken seriously. It takes time to build a real company and the present day management of UMJ seems to be taking the company in the right direction. In my opinion, the only reason ISM have an interest in UMJ is to now detract from the failing ISM promo campaign on the Langmuir Properties and the course it has taken over the past 5 years. As a matter of fact, they cant even get their act together in 5 years to apply for a simple de-watering permit that was promised in each and every year.
In my opinion, the only ones that will win out here is the extra stipends these boys will collect, all at the expense of the long term shareholders of UMJ.
It's amusing to hear Randy speak out that UMJ management has driven down shareholder value. I wonder what Randy thinks about the downfall in the shares of his own company over the last 5 years. From a high of 7.60 a share 5 years ago, look at where they are now! .24 cents and not a single pound of financially extractable ni to be found anywhere.
Best with you investment.
