future successthe future success of the business is all about execution of the aeroplan relationship -- if you need any indication whether this will be possible just look at the historic trend in increasing business, decreasing expenses and do your own extrapolations.
the future success of the stock is completely dependent on whether the business operates profitably or not -- see the trajectory of operations that is moving steadily towards a breakeven and profit scenario by end of 2011 or first half of 2012.
the ability of the business to continue to function while not profitable is completely dependent on their ability to plug that gap with financings. see the past successful financings over time and different markets etc and make your own extrapolations.
consolidations, no consolidation, insiders getting more options etc...just noise. yes there are some bad examples of past consolidations...usually in crappy mining outfits that have no prospect and no operating business with real cash flow...
bottom line people should be considering is whether they can execute profitably...if they can (and that is my bet) then we will all make money here whether there is a consolidation or not, whether insiders get more options or not etc etc
